Our Roots
Eccentriq began its journey as C&Q Graphic Designs LLC, established on January 23, 2002, by Jaime Quiñones, a U.S. Navy Gunner’s Mate Chief (Retired) who proudly served 24 years. What started as a one-man design studio quickly evolved into a dynamic creative agency serving military commands, veteran organizations, nonprofits, and small businesses nationwide.

Command Emblematic Sales
Founded by Lonnie Weets, AVCM, USN (Retired), Command Emblematic Sales embodies the pride and craftsmanship of the U.S. Navy and its many commands and internal organizations. Focused on emblematic products, apparel, and custom merchandise, the company honors heritage through design, producing challenge coins, patches, signage, and more for commands across the country and the world!
Defined Branding Co.
Created by Mrs. Mayra Heitman, daughter of founder Jaime Quiñones and graduate of the University of West Florida (UWF) in Communications, Defined Branding Co. represents the next generation of Eccentriq innovation. Through web development, brand strategy, and digital storytelling, Mayra’s team helps entrepreneurs and organizations craft a strong and authentic online presence that connects with their audience and drives results.
