OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Eccentriq Development Solutions LLC (“Eccentriq,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Throughout the site, the terms apply to all brands owned and operated under Eccentriq Development Solutions LLC — including Command Emblematic Sales and Defined Branding Co.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including all referenced policies such as our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules posted on our website.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or use any Services.
Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your Services or orders without notice.
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. Non-payment, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity will result in suspension of service and possible legal action.
3. PRODUCTS, CUSTOM WORK & SERVICES
Most of our products are custom-made to order and created specifically for each client.
By submitting payment, design approval, or digital signature, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and approved all artwork, proofs, and specifications.
Custom Orders
All retainers, art deposits, mold fees, and setup charges are non-refundable.
Once design approval is received, production begins immediately and orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Ship’s Store Items
Items purchased from the Ship’s Store (individual patches, coins, belt buckles, apparel, etc.) are final sale unless defective, damaged, or misprinted.
Insured Bulk Orders
All bulk custom orders are fully insured during transit. Refunds or replacements will be processed only if the package is verified as lost, stolen, or damaged and after the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) honors and pays the insurance claim.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or pricing at any time.
4. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and contact information for all transactions.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, artwork, photography, product concepts, manufacturing files, and digital proofs created by Eccentriq Development Solutions LLC or its subsidiaries (Command Emblematic Sales and Defined Branding Co.) remain the intellectual property of Eccentriq Development Solutions LLC unless otherwise stated in a written release.
Clients may not reproduce, alter, or distribute artwork developed by Eccentriq or its subsidiaries without prior written authorization.
Client-Provided Artwork and Copyright Responsibility
Clients who submit, upload, or otherwise provide logos, emblems, photographs, slogans, or any other design materials (including but not limited to military unit crests, cartoon imagery, sports team logos, and proprietary artwork) represent and warrant that they own or have secured all necessary rights, permissions, or licenses to use such materials.
By providing these materials, the client assumes full legal responsibility for their content and use, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Eccentriq Development Solutions LLC and all of its DBA brands from any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses—including copyright or trademark infringement—arising from the reproduction or incorporation of those materials in any product.
Eccentriq Development Solutions LLC produces client-requested artwork as a manufacturing and design service only and does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property included at a client’s direction.
Department of War (DOW) / Former Department of Defense (DOD) Materials
Official insignia, logos, and emblems supplied by U.S. military units are used solely at the request and under the authority of the providing unit or its subordinate association (e.g., Wardroom, Supply Department, CPOA, FCPOA, etc.).
Such materials are reproduced only with that unit’s consent and remain the property of the Department of War (formerly Department of Defense).
Eccentriq Development Solutions LLC and its subsidiaries operate under the good-faith assumption of authorization and are released from any liability or copyright infringement claims on behalf of the DOW/DOD or its agencies.
6. USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, & SUBMISSIONS
Any feedback, testimonials, or ideas submitted to us may be used in marketing or promotional materials without compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may use third-party tools, shipping carriers, or service providers to fulfill orders. We are not liable for any delays, damages, or errors caused by third-party platforms.
8. WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All products and services are provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied.
We make no guarantee that our products will meet your expectations, color preferences, or intended uses beyond the specifications approved prior to production.
In no case shall Eccentriq Development Solutions LLC, its officers, employees, affiliates, or vendors be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eccentriq Development Solutions LLC, its subsidiaries, directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any transactions between you and us shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Clay County, Florida.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
