Anchor Fest and other Command Emblematic Sales events are organized and supported by Eccentriq Development Solutions LLC through its DBA, Command Emblematic Sales. Command Emblematic Sales is a for-profit business and is not a nonprofit organization, tax-exempt charity, or 501(c)(3) organization.

Payments made through this website, including sponsorships, vendor fees, product purchases, commemorative coin sales, registrations, and other Anchor Fest-related transactions, are processed by Command Emblematic Sales and should not be considered direct charitable donations to a nonprofit organization. Unless otherwise stated in writing by a qualified nonprofit organization, payments made through this website are not represented as tax-deductible charitable contributions. Please consult your tax professional regarding your specific situation.

Anchor Fest was created to celebrate military heritage, support the veteran and active duty community, promote veteran-owned and local businesses, and raise awareness and support for veteran-serving organizations. After event-related expenses, ecommerce/platform costs, transaction fees, administrative costs, applicable tax/accounting obligations, refunds, and other necessary expenses are accounted for, Eccentriq Development Solutions LLC may make donations on behalf of Anchor Fest to selected veteran-serving organizations.

Any mention of veteran organizations, nonprofits, sponsors, vendors, partners, or beneficiaries is intended to recognize organizations that Anchor Fest may support, collaborate with, or promote. Unless expressly stated, these organizations are not responsible for organizing, managing, operating, or financially administering Anchor Fest.

Command Emblematic Sales and Eccentriq Development Solutions LLC are committed to maintaining accurate records of Anchor Fest-related income, expenses, refunds, and donations. Final donation amounts may vary based on actual event income, expenses, processing fees, refunds, and other required adjustments.

The Way Forward

As Anchor Fest and our other events continue to grow, we are committed to improving the way we organize, process, track, and distribute funds connected to the event. While Anchor Fest was founded and operated through Eccentriq Development Solutions LLC / Command Emblematic Sales as a community-driven effort to support veterans, active duty service members, military families, local businesses, and veteran-serving organizations, we recognize the importance of creating a cleaner and more transparent structure moving forward. Our goal is to separate charitable support from standard business transactions as much as possible, improve financial reporting, strengthen sponsorship and donation processes, and explore partnerships with qualified nonprofit organizations or future nonprofit structures that better align with Anchor Fest’s mission. This will allow us to continue giving back responsibly while protecting the integrity of the event, our sponsors, our supporters, the organizations we support, and the businesses that help make Anchor Fest possible.
