Shipping policy

General Overview

At Eccentriq Development Solutions LLC — including its subsidiaries Command Emblematic Sales (CES) and Defined Branding Co. — we take pride in ensuring every order is produced and shipped with the highest standards of quality and care.

Because the majority of our products are custom-made to order, shipping times vary based on production lead time, order complexity, and carrier performance.

We do our best to ship promptly; however, production queues, material availability, and third-party carrier delays may impact timelines.

1. Production & Lead Times

Standard Production: 45 – 60 business days (excluding holidays and shipping days) after payment and proof approval.
Rush Orders: Available upon request for an additional fee, pending factory capacity.
Retail / Ship’s Store Orders: In-stock items (patches, coins, apparel, etc.) typically ship within 2 – 5 business days.

Once production begins, all sales are final with no exceptions.

2. Order Approval & Responsibility

Before production begins, all clients receive a digital art proof for review and approval.
By making payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved the proof “as is.”
Any requested changes must be submitted to orders@eccentriq.com prior to payment or proof sign-off.

Eccentriq /CES is not responsible for design, color, or spelling errors approved by the client.
Art colors shown digitally are representations of Pantone references and may vary slightly in print or plating.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, FedEx, or DHL Express, depending on order size and destination.

All shipments include:

Tracking information (emailed at dispatch)
Proper packaging and protection
Basic insurance coverage

We currently ship within the United States and to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
International shipments may be available by request; additional charges and documentation will apply.

4. Shipping Delays & External Factors

Eccentriq Development Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, U.S. Customs, natural disasters, labor shortages, pandemics (including COVID-19), or other events beyond our control.
Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

5. Insured Bulk Orders

All custom bulk orders (coins, patches, apparel, signage, awards, etc.) are insured during transit.
Refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged packages will be processed only after the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) completes its investigation and pays the insurance claim.
Once the claim is settled, we will promptly issue a replacement or refund as applicable.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

Email orders@eccentriq.com with the subject line
“ORDER STATUS IN CARE OF (ICO) [Your Name or Organization]”.
Include your order number, tracking number, and photos (if damaged).
Our team will respond within 48 hours to confirm next steps and assist with a carrier claim.

7. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and complete shipping address.
We are not liable for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Additional fees may apply for reshipment if the carrier returns a package to sender.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
We strive to provide competitive rates while ensuring safe and insured delivery.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
