Custom Challenge Coins (Retainer)

Thank you for choosing Command Emblematic Sales, your one-stop shop for all things emblematic and promotional.

To begin your custom challenge coin project, a non-refundable $250 retainer is required. This fee covers your initial concept art, digital proof, and up to two revision rounds while securing your place in our production queue.

Once your retainer is paid, our design team will begin work and deliver Draft 1 within 72 business hours. From there, you’ll have the opportunity to review and approve your design before production begins.

Lead Times

• Rush Orders: 30–45 days

• Standard Orders: 60–75 days
  (Excludes holidays and shipping time; delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our control.)
