💡 About the Retainer

To begin your custom apparel project, a non-refundable $250 retainer is required.
This fee covers your initial concept art, digital proof, and up to two revision rounds, while reserving your place in our production queue.

Once the retainer is received, Draft 1 is delivered within 72 business hours for your review.

Your retainer is applied toward your final order total once you proceed to production — meaning your artwork design is ultimately free when you move forward.

• Standard Orders: 10–20 business days after final approval

• Rush Orders: Available upon request (additional fees apply)

Lead times exclude holidays and carrier delays. We’ll always communicate realistic timelines upfront to keep your project on track.

• Unlimited design colors — no extra fees for color count
