💡 About the Retainer

To begin your custom lapel pin project, a non-refundable $75 retainer is required.
This fee covers:

• Initial concept art and digital rendering

• Up to two design revisions

• Entry into our production queue

Once your retainer is received, our design team begins your artwork and delivers Draft 1 within 72 business hours. Your retainer is applied toward your final invoice, making the artwork itself free once you proceed to production.

• Standard Orders: 45–60 business days after final approval

• Rush Orders: Available upon request (additional fees may apply)

Lead times exclude holidays and shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.
