💡 About the Retainer

To start your custom patch project, a non-refundable $100 retainer is required.
This fee covers:

• Initial concept design and layout

• Digital proof for approval

• Up to two revision rounds

• Entry into our production queue

Once your retainer is received, our design team will begin work immediately and deliver your first digital proof (Draft 1) within 72 business hours.

Your retainer is applied toward your final order total, making your artwork design free once you move forward with production.

🕒 Lead Times

• Standard Orders: 30–45 business days after final approval

• Rush Orders: Available upon request (additional fees apply)

Lead times exclude holidays and carrier delays. We’ll always keep you updated every step of the way.
